Our flagship products include LetsDoSmart, MediTrack, GharKhata, and SpeakEasy. We serve clients across India with monthly subscriptions and multilingual support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales (Primary)

  • Call new leads within 15 minutes of inquiry (5-8 leads daily)
  • Qualify leads through phone and WhatsApp conversations
  • Schedule product demos with the founder
  • Convert trial customers to paid subscriptions
  • Maintain accurate lead data in Zoho CRM

Customer Success

  • Follow up with trial customers
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Resolve basic queries via phone, WhatsApp, email
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities

Communication & Social Media

  • Respond to emails and WhatsApp professionally
  • Post daily updates on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (templates provided)
  • Engage with customer comments on social media

Reporting

  • Daily activity report via LetsDoSmart app
  • Weekly sales pipeline review

Required Skills

Must-Have

  • Excellent Hindi and English communication
  • Gujarati language (strong plus)
  • Confident and friendly on phone
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email)
  • Quick learner with positive attitude
  • Self-discipline (essential for WFH)

Good to Have

  • 1-2 years experience in tele-sales, BPO, or customer service
  • CRM tool familiarity (Zoho preferred)
  • Social media posting experience

Not Required

  • Programming or technical background

🏠 Work From Home Requirements

  • Personal laptop in working condition
  • Stable internet (minimum 25 Mbps recommended)
  • Quiet workspace at home
  • Smartphone for WhatsApp Business (SIM will be provided by company)
  • Headset/earphones with mic
  • Webcam for daily video standup

Compensation Details

Component Amount
Fixed salary (based on experience) ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month
Incentive per paid conversion ₹500
Per demo scheduled ₹50
Phone & data allowance ₹500/month
Monthly target bonus (5+ conversions) ₹2,000 – ₹3,000
Realistic Monthly Earning ₹18,000 – ₹25,000

Plus:

  • Annual performance bonus

  • Paid leaves as per labor laws
  • Performance-based growth

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off
  • Lunch break: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
  • Mandatory: Daily 15-min video standup at 10:00 AM

Training & Probation

Probation: 3 months. Performance evaluation at 1st and 3rd month.

Training (First 10 Days): In-person training at our Kalol office. Location and travel/stay arrangements will be discussed during selection. After training, role transitions to fully Work From Home.
