Open task → Progress Notes section → type update → Add Note.
Attach: PDF, Excel, or images.
How do I close a task and give ratings? ⌄
Open task → tap Close Task.
Rate: Quality (10) + Timeliness (10) + Overall Handling (10) = 30 marks.
Rating reflects in employee Performance Ranking.
How do I send a reminder on a task? ⌄
Open task → tap Send Reminder.
Also send a WhatsApp nudge directly to the assigned person from within the task.

What is a Recurring Template? ⌄
A template that auto-creates tasks at a set frequency — Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Example: "Send daily sales report" — set once, repeats automatically forever.
How do I create a Recurring Template? ⌄
  • Tasks tab → tap Recurring Templates sub-tab.
  • Tap + New Template.
  • Set Title, Assign To, Frequency (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), Time.
  • Save.
👤 Employees
How do I add a new employee? ⌄
  • Employees tab → tap + Add Employee.
  • Enter Name, Email, WhatsApp, Department, Role.
  • Set temporary password → tap Save.
Employee gets login credentials on their email.
What roles are available? ⌄
  • Admin — Full access.
  • Manager — Create & assign tasks within their team.
  • Employee — View & update own assigned tasks only.
How do I deactivate an employee? ⌄
Employees tab → find employee → Edit → toggle status to Inactive.
⚠️ Inactive employees cannot login. All past task data is preserved.
🏆 Performance Rankings
How is Performance Ranking calculated? ⌄
Based on closed tasks with admin ratings.
Each task = max 30 marks (Quality 10 + Timeliness 10 + Overall 10).
Average score across all closed tasks = ranking score.
What is the On-time % shown in rankings? ⌄
Percentage of tasks completed on or before the due date.
Example: On-time: 80% = 4 out of 5 tasks done on time.
Can all employees see the Rankings? ⌄
Yes. All team members can view the Rankings tab.
Encourages healthy competition and transparent performance culture.
